I'd appreciate it if someone could come up with rules. Because I won't have time to do that stuff while I'm making rosters, getting GMs in here, and making drafts, and getting this shit started. Also, i'd like to limit Points, I don't think they are useful. Either get rid of them, or only award people for like articles and posts.

random is the most fair way to go. cause then it wouldn't be fair to guys like you and duce who came into the league after it started but came out to be the better GMs of the league. like would you pick before me? it just wouldn't be fair.

www.random.org/sform.htmlId say use this as the way to distribute teams. Put in 1-29. Maybe just list the Gms alphabetically. Then run the number generator to give each GM a number. That number is equal to the team number that FBB gives. Boston is 1, Miami is 2, etc.
