if duce can somehow get evans defense up he'll remind me of UOSL1 J.J Redick who was a very good scorer.

Very nice writing nova.
I respect all opinions of my pick. We'll see how it turns out.
The one thing I'll say in regard to the "confusion" is that I am not afraid to take a risk. I have a major amount of draft picks in the next 5 seasons, and will not hesitate to take a player that I want, regardless of public opinion.

Also I really like what some teams are doing here. Utah obviously, and Philadelphia.
Philly seems to get "steals" but they really are more safe players than anything else. They get passed on because they don't have as much superstar potential but at the same time they are low-risk talent that will ultimately give them a lot of good players. That's hardly a bad thing with 2 stars in AI and Bargnani around already.
The Kings have got another piece and if it pans out they're a major step toward being competitive again.

Yeah, uosl1's reddick was like C+ A+ C+ B C I could see that, if Evans lives up to potential, I see a B A C+ B type guy. Ray Allen or Ben Gordon is what he reminds me of. But if he has like B potential, I see ilke B- A- C B-.

that C+ would mean the world to me. i was hoping the fact that he's a combo guard may help those odds. that's the part i'm concerned about if anything.

"Good quickness, great handles." "He's not a very good passer." So he could definitely play some PG. But highly doubt he could start at the 1.

ya. just in terms of being a wing... i would be more than satisfied if you are right about the good handles part. can't have my SG being a turnover machine.

He reminds me more of Joe Johnson...which would be a very good pick if he pans out.

The Kings have got another piece and if it pans out they're a major step toward being competitive again. Donte Greene may end up being a pretty solid player, but there were some red flags that caused me not to pick him. In the scouting report, Ducky mentioned that he showed minimal signs of improvement on defense, and that he was prone to being lazy. That made me kind of 'settle' on Love. or maybe I'm just reading into it too much

Marginal role player? Bud "The Mack" Mackey will be no marginal player. Him and Kopo will take turns killing teams inside and out, and giving up way too many damn points.
