After a week of speculation, where GM Silva's committment was questioned, Commissioner Ducky has appointed GM Silva as the new GM of the Charlotte Bobcats. GM Silva brings experience and dedication to the Charlotte Bobcats position, and will look to get the Bobcats into the playoffs in his first season.
Thank you Commissioner Ducky and it is good to be part of the UOSL2.
