Another meaninless homerun yesterday that actually sparked some what of a comeback... Back to back homeruns, than josh phelphs hit in another run, which made the game closer but once again their bullpen blows and is tired as fucking shit.

Back to back homeruns, than josh phelphs hit in another run, which made the game closer but once again their bullpen blows and is tired as fucking shit. no basically schoneweis gave you some runs. the rest of our bullpen is fine. yeah and outside of proctor/rivera your bullpen does suck. farnsworth sucks!! i'm sorry that your frustrated but thats not my problem. I've seen a lot of both teams so i know what the heck i'm talking about, don't give me that BS. |

I could say mike myers gave you some runs, fucking luis vizicano gave u some runs, what u just said makes no sense. A rod homerun was not meaningless, and our bullpen is in bad shape right now because it is overworked, and our starting pitching is all getting fucking injured. Therefore leads to a tired bullpen and the record we have now. You dont know shit, u may think you know some about the good ole mets, but you are just like the rest of their fans, dumb fucks who hate the yankees because "we win too much?!" I will tell u this, i do not hate the mets, i hope they do well, i hate them when they play the yankees. I hate the redsoxs in general because thats just how i feel. If the mets were in the world series i would want them to win unless they were facing the yankees of course. I hate all met fans though, they are assholes. |

I hate all met fans though, they are assholes. the only beef i have with the yankees is that their fans have consistently in the past just rubbed their winning ways right in my face, thats basically it, otherwise i think i might actually cheer for the yankees to win. yeah i understand with boston because thats your rival. these subway series is obviously just for the fans. anyway yeah i know about your starting pitching. but simply put your hitting was supposed to be so good and thus far in the past two games in clutch situations even jeter hasn't gotten a big hit. yes i realize that myers/vizcaino cancel out schoenweis, but you can honestly tell me rasner definitely wouldn't give up 7 runs, who knows. anyway. thats just my take on it. and also i 100% agree on the bullpen situation you can not have every starter going only 5 innings and overwork the bullpen, because come crunch time in August and September even your usual MVP at that time Mariano Rivera will have fatigued himself to the point that you could probably expect him to blow a save here or there. but for some of these fans on the radio i think they overreact thinking that they have to win like 100 to make the wild card. I have the feeling when you get Clemens, although i hate the contract and guys like Hughes back, your pitching should be fine, having hughes as #5 behind wang, mussina, pettite and clemens is a sick rotation. In regards to catching boston, i'm just not sold you will this year, I just believe their hitting is just as good as the Yankees and right now the pitching is better. But it should be a fun year and I hope come August, September at least the Yankees are competing for the opportunity at playoffs, cause it makes for some fun for us fans. |
