Julian Wright Small Foward 6'8" 225lbs Kansas (Sophomore) B- C- C B C+ A Strengths: This kid is Boris Diaw all over again a 6-8 kid who could if needed play the point or two and lead a team from there. Wright is an excellent athlete who is a great finisher in transition, he possesses long arms and quickness which enables him to disrupt passing lanes, Weaknesses: Can almost be unselfish to a fault in that he doesn’t take control of the game offensively, Must continue to increase his upper body strength to aid him in finishing after contact occurs .Perimeter shooting is a work in progress and at times can disappear for games at a time. Status: Unknown

Why does Wright pretty much have the same ratings as Arthur? Wright has two years of starting experience, making him way more polished. I'd bump his defense up to B, at least.

I agree on the defense bump. You also might want to look at his ball handling and move up his rebounding (8rpg in 27 mins).

His ratings are still way too low.
C+ C C+ B- B- A is accurate. The guy is a top 5 pick in real life.

The guy is a top 5 pick in real life. 12ppg 7rpg 2apg 2.5topg 1.5spg 1.5bpg 2.5foulsagame Only thing I see there that impresses me is athleticism and defense... He's projected 10-20 in the uosl draft, so something like C+ C- C- B C A would be more accurate

How does 7.8 round to 7? He should be a better rebounder. Giving him C- handling would be a joke. How can you look at a statline and judge a player, you got to watch too. He's a much better ball handler than C-. With C+ C- ratings he wouldn't score. It's not that he can't score (his jumpshot isn't the greatest), it's the fact that he's really passive and will look for the pass rather than the shot.
I'm guessing since he's projected 10-20, that we aren't basing these ratings off real life.

Ducky, you have to realize he's on a team with like, 5 other future NBA players. Robinson, Chalmers, Rush, Arthur, and Collins are all going to be in the NBA(though Robinson may be an UDFA).
It's not all about stats. If you've seen him play, you know he's going to be tremendous. He reminds a lot of scouts of a more athletic Lamar Odom.
He's a poor outside shooter, yes, but he's a solid inside player, a very good defender, a solid ball handler(he played some point in HS and is an awesome passer & good dribbler), and a solid rebounder.
He's not great at anything, but solid at everything.
C+ C C+ B- B- A is very accurate.
By he time he's reached his full potential, he should be a B C+ B- B+ B+ B type player. He's a very very good player, but he's so unselfish that he's underrated.

I just saw Kaz's post, and he's dead on. The kid may be the most athleticly gifted, unselfish, best all-around player in college basketball.
Put him on a team where he's the main player, he's a 18-10-4-2-2 type player...guaranteed.

I agree with nova, this kid is an amazing athlete. I would do so much to give him B- inside.

B- rebounding is too much to start with at this point, his jumping ability will get him a good amount with C+ rebounding. Ducky's ratings though, are WAY off.

Yeah, that may be true. Either a low B- or a high C+ would be accurate.

no offense, but some of yall got a ridiculous man-crush on wright. he's good, his rebounding was corrected and still complaints. i sincerely hope he's never B+ boards, that would be overdone.
