Strengths:
A premier athlete and talent, Bayless can score from the perimeter. Always able to create a shot with his high elevating pull up jumper. Bayless combines incredible speed, quickness and athleticism with a high level of intelligence and composure
Weaknesses:
He may have the potential to be an outstanding defender, but does not always give defending and rebounding top priority. Along with rebounding and defense, Bayless can be a liability at the point. Turning the ball over a lot and not passing well. More of a scoring point, but his PG abilities are improving.
