Strengths:
You get immediate results with this guy. He'll put up 16-8 his first year in UOSL2 if he is given the opportunity. Great inside scorer, with great strength. Richard is very hard to defend inside. Big banger inside, gets lots of boards.
Weaknesses:
May not ever grow. He doesn't have much of an outside game. His defense is awful. Will get beat up by quicker, more finesse type PFs. Basically, don't expect much from him in the future.
