Isnt Lance Stephenson more of a point/shooting guard? i've always heard of him as the next great NYC guard. better size than bassy better game than steph etc Could be, hence the B- handles. But he is very athletic, and strong enough to play the 3. Very versitale. He probably is a bit undersized for SF, but I could see him playing the 1,2, or 3.

is DeRozan really that bad of a shooter? Or does his three-point shot bring that grade down, or vice-versa?

is DeRozan really that bad of a shooter? Or does his three-point shot bring that grade down, or vice-versa? Well his mid range shot is average, and his 3point shot is a bit below average. I don't think it should concern GMs as much as his defense.

Hey Ducky, comparing Stephenson to Cousins:
1) Who do you think is better? 2) Who has more bust potential?

Hey Ducky, comparing Stephenson to Cousins: 1) Who do you think is better? 2) Who has more bust potential? 1-Tuff, I'd have to go with Cousins, get a talented center can be impossible, but getting a talented guard isn't as difficult. Both will be great players, but I think getting a great C is better than getting a great Guard/Foward. Btw I think Cousins will have a better rookie year. 2-Bust potential? Both will be good players, no doubt.

IN- B+ Scotty Hopson(Mississippi State) SF 20 6-5 190lbs C+ C C- B- C A SO - Hopson might not be the most talented player to go lotto, but GMs are banking on his potential.
B+ Demar DeRozan(USC) SF 20 6-6 190lbs B C C C D+ A SO - He's got hops, but unlikely most players that can jump and do little else, DeRozan has shown improvements in other departments of his game and has promising potential.
A+ Lance Stephenson(UCLA) SF 19 6-5 200lbs B- C+ B- C+ C- A FR - Top 3 pick, if not #1.
A- Shawn Williams(Texas) SF 19 6-6 200lbs C B C C C- A FR - Young and talented and scary.
OUT- B James Johnson(Wake Forest) SF 22 6-8 220lbs C+ C C B- C- B JR - Athletic, but not that talented.
B Scott Martin(Purdue) SF 21 6-8 200lbs B B C- C- C- B JR - Wow, scorer, but needs to work on his defense. GMs are banking on his defense improving. And if he does improve, he could be a top 5 pick next year.

btw here's Lance. www.hssmtv.com/Players/Lance%20Stephenson.htmHis ability to drive inside reminds me of Dwayne Wade. However I've heard people say Stephenson's range and 3 is getting better. So wade with more outside shot and less hops.
