I don't think we've ever had someone with A- rebounding who is a lotto prospect. It should be interesting to see where he goes...
Is Okoro a top 5 pick?
I'd say DeVante Smith-Rivera, Dean Danos, and Trashaun Carroll will be the top 3 picks. Xavier Horne, Casey Kasperbauer, and Okoro will fill out the next top 3 IMO.
