I was bored, figured I'd do some research and make a starting line-up of the best players currently playing in the UOSL who've never won a ring. They must have 10+ years of experience.
Anyways, without further adue:
Center - LaMarcus Aldridge - One of the most underrated bigs to ever play in the UOSL2, Aldridge has had a terrific under-the-radar career due to spending the first 13 seasons of his career with a Blazers team that never had much postseason success. With career averages of 16.0ppg, 10.7rpg, and 2.6bpg, Aldridge has been the type of big man that every team loves. For a 4 year span from 2010-2013, Aldridge was one of the best bigs in the league, averaging at least 20/10 eac season with over 2 blocks per game. Although his scoring has declined in his later seasons, he's also become a better shot blocker over the last five seasons. Aldridge is now 35 years old, but he still looks to be one of the more productive veteran big men in the league. Unfortunately, unless he gets traded, Aldridge will probably retire without a ring.
Career Accomplishments:
2006 - All-Star Rookie Game Participant
2006 - All-Rookie Team
2007 - All-Star Rookie Game Participant
2011 - All-Star Game Participant
2013 - All-League Third Team
2016 - All-Defensive Second Team
2018 - All-Star Game Participant
2018 - All-Defensive Second Team
2019 - All-Defensive Second Team
Power Forward - Josh Smith - Josh Smith narrowly beats out Brandan Wright for this spot, but Wright was a late bloomer whereas Smith has been terrific right from the start. He is the only player in UOSL2 who is still on the same team as he was when the league started 14 seasons ago. Smith has been the face of the franchise for Atlanta for the duration of the UOSL2, a team that has had great regular season success, but has never made it to the finals. Smith's career averages of 16.3ppg, 10.9rpg, 3.5apg, and 2.8spg are impressive, and perhaps most impressive was his consistency as a phenomenal rebounder. He has never averaged fewer then 9.5 rpg in a season, and he's averaged 10.4 + rpg the last 11 seasons. In addition to his rebounding, Smith has been one of the best defenders the UOSL has ever seen, making 6 All Defensive 2nd Teams, 3 All Defensive 1st Teams, and winning a Defensive Player of the Year Award over a 10 season span. Smith is now 34 years old, and probably has a few more solid years in him, but it's looking more and more unlikely that he'll ever win a ring.

SF - Kevin Durant - Kevin Durant might be the best player on this list. Scratch that, he is the best player on this list. He has dominated the UOSL for over a decade, but has never won a ring. He has come close several times with the Grizzlies & Jazz, but each time his team fell short. His career averages of 22.7ppg, 9.0rpg, 3.1apg, and 1.7spg are phenomenal. He's perhaps best known for his amazing accuracy from beyond the 3-pt arc given his height. Durant might be the best SF not named LeBron James to ever play in the league. For 9 seasons from 2010-2018, Durant averaged at least 23.1ppg, 8.7rpg, and 2.6 apg each season with his best season coming in 2012 when he averaged 29.0ppg, 9.6rpg, 3.0apg, and 2.1spg. He's also a former MVP, as he won the award in 2016 with the Jazz whe he averaged 23.6ppg, 10.0rpg, 3.3spg, 1.8spg, and 1.0bpg. Durant is the youngest player on this list, and he's still very productive, so he's still got a shot to win a ring, but chances are he'll have to be traded to another team to have a shot at a ring.

Shooting Guard - Andre Iguodola - Much like LaMarcus Aldridge, Andre Iguodola has had an under-the-radar career of sorts, as he's been a terrific player, but he's never really gotten the recognition he deserves. Iguodola has spent 10 of 14 seasons with the Sixers, though in 2 separate stints. From the very beginning of UOSL2, Iggy has been a very productive player. Unfortunately, another reason Iggy is underappreciated is because of the tremendously bloated contract he was signed to several seasons ago, which stunned most GM's around the league. He was traded to Philly immediately afterwards, and although he's still been a very good player since then, the amount of money he has been paid has overshadowed his production, and has also limited Philly's ability to surround him with talent, which has also increased the Iggy hate in Philly. Nonetheless, Iguodola has been a phenomenal player in UOSL2 with career averages of 21.3ppg, 7.1rpg, and 4.5apg on 47.0% shooting. His best seasons came in a three year span from 2013 to 2015, in which he averaged at least 24.3ppg, 7.5rpg, and 4.8apg each season. Much like most of the other players on this list, Iggy's chances to win a ring are fading fast, and unless he is traded, he has no chance to win a ring.

2015 - All-League First Team
2016 - All-Star Game Participant
Point Guard - Deron Williams - The second best PG in UOSL history, Deron has been an incredible player, but has never won a ring. When you look at his career stats, you wonder how it is that he's never won a ring, because he's put up some gaudy numbers. Deron has never scored fewer than 19.8ppg in 14 seasons of UOSL2, and has scored at least 20.0ppg in the last 13 seasons. Although his assist numbers have gone down the last two seasons, he used to be one of the premiere passeing PG's in the league as well in addition to his outstanding scoring. Deron's career averages of 23.3ppg, 4.5rpg, and 8.9apg are actually comparable to Chris Paul's with the exception of the rebounding. Yet, Paul has 2 rings while Deron has none. Deron's best season came in 2009 when he averaged 25.7ppg, 3.9rpg, and 11.1apg. Deron is now 36, and his hopes of winning a ring are slim, but he will nonetheless be remembered as one of the best PG's to ever play in the league.
