This is Part 1 of a 2 part article. I will do Part 2 sometime this week. Excuse any grammar mistakes . Also, this is my opinion so deal with it.
#15. Tyler Ulis PG 22 5'11'' 170 C A- A- B C B(Lakers)
This is Ulis 5th year in the league and yet he’s only 22 years old. He’s the veteran of this list and has improved at a rapid rate. He’s one of the better floor generals in the league. Ulis should team with Jordan Price and Jordan Washington to form a very deadly trio for years to come.
Projected Prime Ratings: C A A B C C
#14. Marshall Forney PF 20 6'11'' 250 C+ C D+ A- C+ A(Warriors)
Forney is an up and coming defensive stud. In a few years I wouldn’t be surprised to see him as the top shot blocker in the league. He has excellent size for the PF position and can play center as well. Expect a few defensive player of the year awards for him in the future
Projected Prime Ratings: B C D+ A+ B C
#13. Christian Standhardinger SF 21 6'9'' 227 C+ B C A- B- A(Warriors)
Standhardinger is still a project but has a very intriguing set of ratings. If his potential is true and he continues to develop he will be a very good player down the road. He is already one of the best defenders for his position and his rebounding is very good for a small forward.
Projected Prime Ratings: B- A- C A+ B+ C
#12. Andrew Harrison PF 22 6'10'' 240 B C+ C B+ B B(Mavericks)
Harrison is another good youngster from the 2022 draft class. He has a very nice inside-out game to go with his good defense, and solid rebounding. He will develop into one of the best big men in the league and should team up with Jermaine Morgan to form a very intimidating front court.
Projected Prime Ratings: B+ B- C A B+ C
#11. D.J. Fenner SF 20 6'8'' 220 B- B C- C B A(Magic)
Fenner should move up this list next season. He's an awesome talent with lots of room to grow. Excellent rebounder for his age and has the tools to be a dominate scorer in this league. This could be the franchise player that the Magic has wanted the past few seasons.
Projected Prime Ratings: B+ A- C B- A- C
#10. Diego Gerbaudo SG 21 6'6'' 213 B B B C+ C B(Spurs)
I’m a little disappointed with Gerbaudo’s first 2 TCs but he has improved and should be a great player down the line. I would love to see him at PG but with his size and scoring abilities shooting guard seems fine.
Projected Prime Ratings: B+ B+ A- B C C
#9. Lewis Claybrin SF 21 6'7'' 210 B B B B- C B(Warriors)
Claybrin is a very solid SF, who is already one of the leagues best at that position. Last years 6th man of the year has already improved on his averages from his surprising rookie campaign. He has a great all around game to go with a developing defensive game. Look for Claybrin to shoot up this list next season.
Projected Prime Ratings: B+ A- B+ B+ C+ C
#8. Jalon Jones C 19 6'11'' 235 B+ C C- C+ C+ A(Wolves)
Jones had a very nice first TC and at age 19 it seems he has a very high ceiling. He was a steal at pick 14 and could potentially be the best player from the 2023 draft class
Projected Prime Ratings: A C+ C B+ B C
