I declined it to obviously use my cap space in trades at the beginning of the offseason. I thought that was pretty obvious.

Then naturally I have to offer more. Boozer got like almost all max offers, but he isn't worth it?

Also, if Knicks don't shell out the money, Dawkins goes elsewhere. I think 95% of the bids for him were max.
