The Charlotte Bobcats wish to be moved to Washington, and be known as the Washington Wizards. Can this happen?

the expansion draft was bullshit because...it gave the cats a shit load of capspace and they signed 2 or 3 max FAs i forget. then they were a high seed. how realistic is that? i mean the planecrash was realistic but not the FA signings

When the Bobcats came into the league in the NBA, they had plenty of cap space, that's the nature of an expansion team.

If they were to move to Washington, I'd vote to have them called the bullets. Bullets are so much awesome than Wizards. Oh look I'm swings a wand at yo...BANG...Bullets win.
As ashes said, expansion teams always have a lot of capspace because they are starting from nothing. We have one basically this offeason with the Pistons having less than 9mil on thier books to start.
