I could see how a fantasy draft would be cool but at the same time alot of work. maybe too much.

In 1990, youd need to do an expansion draft to fill the 2 empty teams. FYI. With a fantasy draft all teams would be filled. Fantasy drafts worked well in every version of BBS. Its the way to go.
