All prospective assistants must answer this question to be considered for the job. The answer should effect Jeremy's choice for who he picks, but you never know with this guy.
What must the Orlando Magic do in order to go from an average team, to a good team? Basically, why do they suck?

What must the Orlando Magic do in order to go from an average team, to a good team? Basically, why do they suck?If u look at the Orlando Magics roster right now. They're dam young. That trade for Joe Johnson shows the direction of this team and thats to Win now. Magics definately need to bring in some Vets and trade some of their young guyz because theirs not much room for all these guyz to develop. Pretty much let the core develop over time, draft some second round gems and continute to make bold moves to bring this franchise, one step closer to a championship |
