I'm gonna sing and dance. My vikings have, in my mind, made out like bandets Round 1 Adrian Peterson if that coller bone gets right people have been saying he's up there for the best player outa the draft. people say he's like mike dickerson or robert smith happy times! Round 2 we slide down from 41 to 44 and get a pick in the 4th and we still get our guy Sidney Rice He may be raw burt DAMN. rice is damn good watch in the 3rd we got Marcus McCauley (i've heard of him and he's pretty nice) 4th we got Brian Robison whos a hybrid DE and OLB he's nice and a value pick we just traded our 4th that we got in the deal moving down in the second for a 3rd next year... i think.....

you know... i really like the eagles draft... kinda not feelin the whole commercial attitude a lot of their fans have. crying over 2nd and 3rd round picks and not giving a top front office the benefit of the doubt... quite gay to be perfectly honest. be angry, fine, stop acting like christmas was canceled.

The thing is though duce, this is so unlike them, their picks are usually outstanding and make perfect sense...none of these do...Abiamiri would be fine if we lacked pass-rushers...but we have Cole & Juqua who are good pass-rushers...Bradley is one I don't know much about so I can't completely judge him, but still, the picks just don't make much sense at this point.

Now there's a great pick for Philly. Gaddis I really like, could end up being a solid player.

THEY'RE 2nd AND 3rd!! You were saying yourself before the draft that DE was a weakness.. and I don't know if I'd agree but now you're questioning they took a DE? I don't get that. Bradley and Kolb are mysteries because of playing time issues. Abiamiri provides competition and insurance for the DE position. And I give you that Tony Hunt has to be a full-time player to be fully effective but he was the only good power-back in the entire draft. I don't see what there is to complain about but even if you view it so badly, I don't know why it's to the point of strangling and crying... that to me is ridiculous.

I realize that they were 2nd & 3rd rounders...but I mean, look who was there when we took Kolb. Chris Houston, a guy who was the 3rd CB on virtually everyone's rankings, and #2 in some...we could use a good CB, but we chose not to take him. Brian Leonard, who would have been absolutely perfcet for us...can line up at FB or RB, he can run, catch, or block. Dwayne Jarrett & Sidney Rice...two good young WR's with terrific talent. It's not that I have anything against Kolb, it's just, the pick made absoutely zero sense with those other players, among others, left on the board.
Also, I said we needed to take a good DE...not a clone of Trent Cole...we need someone who can stop the rushing game, that was our problem last year, Abiamiri is basically good at one thing; rushing the passer...and that's not what we needed...we needed someone to stop the run, Abiamiri does not do that at all.
As for Hunt, I'm a PSU fan so I like him a lot, but if we wanted a power RB, there were a few guys...Dwayne Wright from Fresno State, Michael Bush from Louisville, etc. There were guys who would have made more sense.
I obviously wasn't serious about the crying/strangling thing, it was just overreaction to an extremely frustrating day.
You may like their draft, that's fair enough, I just think that compared to what we usually do(I'm a big fan of our drafting, we are excellent usually), this makes little to no sense.
I'm a die-hard fan, and those picks just made very little sense to me.
Though, Gaddis & Celek I do like and they are good value picks.

I love the jets draft so far.
Got two guys. CB Darrelle Revis, much needed for us and we address that here.
ILB David Harris, to go along with the 3-4 defense we have.
i love what we have done, Barton, Harris, Vilma and Hobson. Nasty set of LBS.

Too add onto the Jets they get OT. Something they could use depth wise, and have one more pick in the 7th round. It will be interesting to see where they go there. I mean we do have a few recievers with coles, cotchery, mccarines. TE chris baker and ryan RB jones and washington
I could see them taking a FB. who knows though

Daaamn. The Guy who the Eagles took(Rashad Barksdale, S from Albany) is basically an unknown, but he ran a 4.38 40...for a safety...ridiculously fast.
