Just curious, has anyone been in a league that has the 28 gm's actually draft all the players for their roster? Ive done in with Madden, but with FBB it might be fun too

it's not, well it is the first round. then you just want it to be over because the talent level drastically dies down fast. there's not too much excitement drafting roll players.

Yeah they suck, but somehow BBS seems to have great success running them. Most other leagues turn out like shit and they never even finish the draft.

It all has to do with the GM's i suppose, but don't GM's get too attached to certain players and not trade anyone in fantasy leagues?

It depends on the quality of the league. Good leagues with good GMs can do it, others can't. You should know how good/bad your GMs are.

Seeing as though BBS is the best sim league out there at the moment, I'd say they are pretty good.
