Strengths:
In college he killed everyone, he looked like an NBA veteran out there. Almond has a very good shot. His form is excellent. He is athletic, and is surprisingly strong. He has deceptive quickness. He is Physically ready for the NBA, and so is his shot.
Weaknesses:
For his size you'd hope he'd pull down some more boards. He's marked as a C rebounder, but most scouts say he is really a C-. Almond also isn't a very good passer and is a crappy handler. He really needs to work on those to be a threat at the next level. Potential is also a concern, but Almond already looks solid.
