Just an idea I had:
Since a lot of guys had complaints about ratings, and since we won't have much opportunity to do this without reward camps, maybe each team could be given one or two free upgrades before things get going. Essentially it's five or ten points to spend on two players, like Spence did with BBS almost two years ago and Dan did with UOSL last year. Gives everyone a chance to help their team in one way or another without severely inflating the ratings. I think it's a nice starter idea.
