Horne actually looks solid... he's at least a top 10 pick.

Well outside of Horne, the class isn't that great (and Horne is decent but has low defense). Gail looks solid but C potential, eww.

Damnit. Obviously I'm looking for Rivera, but I really wanted a stud PG. I guess I'll need to trade for one. Fucking 3rd pick when Agosto went 2nd.

Horne actually looks solid... he's at least a top 10 pick. Yeah, it depends on the rest of the class. I could see him sneaking into the top 5 if the class is weak. But I'd say like 5-10 range right now.

A Xavier Horne(Miami(FL)) PG 20 6-0 170lbs C C+ B C C- A SO Xavier is a baller. Although he's kinda skinny, Horne has pretty good hops and more strength then anyone else weighing in the 170s or lower. His jump shot is equally as good as his 3point shot. Xavier is very quick and passes the ball well. He won't turn it over a lot, but he could struggle with ball hanlding his first couple years. Awful defender, but he loves getting steals. Good upside.
B+ Shane Rector(Rutgers) PG 23 5-11 200lbs C+ C+ C+ B- C- B Shane is a very strong and athletic PG. He's very tough to stop with his all around play. He handles the ball and possesses good quickness. His biggest strength is probably his inside scoring. Once he gets by someone, it's tough to stop him. And his all around defense is what scouts loves about this guy. The game is there.
B+ Marcellus Gail(Notre Dame) PG 22 6-1 180lbs C+ B- B+ C D+ C JR Marcellus has some of the most ridiculous PG skills we've seen in a while. He assist to turnover ratio at Notre Dame in this Junior year was 8 to 1. He averaged nearly 9 apg, and turned the ball over hardly more than 1 time a game. Gail is also a very good scorer. This guy could start for some teams and help out right away, but his upside is very limited. Also, defense needs some improvement.
B Jabril Durham(Texas Tech) PG 22 6-0 175lbs B- C C B+ D B You can't go wrong with an athletic, quick PG who plays amazing defense. His shot is really what needs work. His range is limited. I think people underrate his PG skills. Although he doesn't get like 10apg, he handles the ball very well. Could be a useful piece for a contending team.
B- Cordell James(Wisconsin) PG 19 6-4 195lbs C+ C C C C A FR I'll tell you right now, the upside is there. An insanely quick PG who handles the rock amazingly well. The rest of his game sucks. He can't pass, shoot, or play defense. However, he can rebound very well, and scouts love his size. Cordell has some bigtime upside, but he's very raw. Maybe too raw... The first few TC will dictate the future for Cordell.
