RULES!
You can upgrade only ONE player 5 attributes in any category(Excluding potential).
If a player has B+ or higher in one of the categories, you cannot upgrade any of the attributes in the parenthesis.
IN(inside scoring, jumping, strength)
OUT(jumpshot, 3point shot),
HN(passing, quickness, handles),
DEF(stealing, blcking, drive D, post D, perimeter D),
REB(off, def, strength jumping)
Strenth, quickness, and jumping do affect defense, however, you are allowed to.
Basically I think you guys should be able to bump up ratings that you might think were unfair, but I don't want you to upgrade superstars, since I already made em so super ;D.

Just because it doesn't show in the ratings doesn't mean it didn't happen.
