Just wondering what is the best UOSL team one can create without going over the cap using any contract in the league but you can't use players on their rookie contracts and no players making the minimum.

Travon Jackson would most likely be the SG. He only makes 5.8

Probably, I guess I made this thread in response to the article created on largest contracts in the league so this is who is getting paid the least and performs the best.
