Ross is sick, but this deal is one that I needed to make.
I'm over the hard cap right now, and this gets me under. In addition, I get younger, and get more depth here.
Should be interesting to see how Calhoun does for us.

Agreed.
My #1 target this offseason was Kimber but that deal fell through.
I dont like that Ross is 32, but I didnt have to give up any of my major pieces for him. He can be a legit #1 scorer.
I think the additions of Ross and Taco should make this team interesting next year.

Yeah, things changed for my team when I landed Durant, but this deal is great for you too.
I like it a lot for Sonics, and it's solid for Jazz.

The thing I like about this deal is, my team is ridiculously versatile now with guys like Calhoun, Wilson, Solomon.

Another reason I did this is that Ross is 32 and paid a TON, and I think he's going to start declining this year, and his value would start dropping like a ton of rocks.
