Let's look at the "A+" prospects we've had over the years. I'm not giving out grades easy, either. Also, Ducky randomly decided to stop doing "grades" for players for a few seasons, so I gave several an A+ due to the hype around them when drafted, and their notes. And I started with the year 2010.
I'm going to briefly review the player, bring up their current ratings, grade them now, and predict whether or not they make the Hall of Fame.
---------------------------------------------------
A+ DeMarcus Cousins(UAB) C 19 6-9 245lbs B C- C C+ B- A FR
#1 Overall Pick in 2010
DeMarcus Cousins was drafted #1 Overall by the Seattle Sonics long ago. He was part of a very weak Center class, but he shined bright without a doubt. Cousins has had a very good career, averaging around 19/12/3/1/1 in his fourteen years in the UOSL. He's had over 700 double-doubles and almost 200 Player of the Games. He was the Rookie of the Year, made a good amount of All-League teams, and is a five-time All Star. He has no Championships to his name, but he still has time.

A+ Kenny Boynton(Florida) SG 19 6-2 185lbs B- B- C B- D+ A FR
#4 Overall Pick in 2010
Kenny Boynton has been a great player, without question. A former #4 pick, Boynton has been the picture of lockdown defense throughout his whole career. The four-time All Star and frequent member of the All-Defensive teams, Boynton, has averaged around 20/5/4.5/2.5 for his career. He won a Championship with the Warriors.

A+ Lance Stephenson(UCLA) SF 19 6-5 200lbs B- C+ B- C+ C- A
#2 Overall Pick in 2010
Stephenson was a late bloomer. He was a solid player for most of his years in Utah, until the last few where he finally broke out. He is a four-time All Star and has averaged around 20/5/4/1.5 for his career. After finally leaving the Jazz, he managed to win a Championship with the Timberwolves, and has a chance for maybe one more.

A+ Delvon Roe(Michigan State) PF 20 6-8 220lbs B- C C B+ C A SO
#3 Overall Pick in 2010
Roe never really lived up to that A+ scouted rating. He has always been a solid to good starter, and still is now, but he never quite made that extra step to greatness. He made one All Star Game, and has averaged about 13/9/2/1.5/2 for his career. He never won a Championship.

A+ Brandon Knight(Uconn) PG 19 6-4 195lbs C+ B- B- B- C- B FR
#5 Overall Pick in 2011
Or is it Brandon Jennings? No, but seriously, Knight actually has been a very good player with a solid career. Unfortunately he's always been stuck between SG/PG and never really found his niche. He played a few years at PG where he really shined, but other than that, he's been solid. With career averages of 20/4/6/1.5, Knight has always been productive, just never had the opportunity to play for a Championship.

#4 Overall Pick in 2011
Probably one of the most dominant inside scorers UOSL has ever seen, Derrick Favors has been nothing short of spectacular and really shows no signs of slowing down. He is an eight-time All Star, and All-League frequenter, along with averaging 22.5/11/2/1/1 for his career. He hasn't managed to win a Championship, but that isn't out of reach.

A+ Xavier Henry(Kansas) SG 20 6-6 220lbs B- C+ C+ B- C B SO
#2 Overall Pick in 2011
Henry is another that just never panned out. I mean, he's a pretty solid back-up, but other than that, his best years were his first few years, and that's not saying much. Career averages of 7/4/2/1 point to a good 8th man, that's it.

Riek pretty much became what he was expect to be, a defensive/rebounding specialist, but to be honest, he wasn't even too stellar at those, despite his ratings. Career averages of 7/11/1/1.5 aren't very impressive, and I feel he definitely didn't live up to his scouted grade.

A+ Ricky Rubio(Spain) SG 21 6-5 195lbs B- C+ B- B+ D+ A

What can you say about Ricky Rubio that he hasn't told the league through action? In his twelve years, Rubio is a five-time All Star, four-time MVP, and two-time Playoff MVP. He has won two Championships so far, and can probably get another one or two. He has averaged 22/5/9/2 all while always minimizing his turnovers.

A+ LaQuinton Ross(Duke) 21 6-7 205lbs B- B C B C- A SO
#1 Overall Pick in 2013
Ross has flown under the radar for the most part, but after breaking out in his third year, he has become one of the most consistent and all-around Small Forwards in the game. He is a seven-time All Star, and has made a few All League Second and Third teams. Over his career he has averaged 21/7/5/1.5.

#2 Overall Pick in 2013
Doron Lamb looked like a promising young SG coming into the league, and he started off strong. He won Rookie of the Year and seemed like he would become quite the scorer; however, he only grew more disappointing each season. He’s played for NINE different teams during his eleven years in the UOSL. He wasn’t exactly a bust, but he was disappointing nonetheless. He’s been solid throughout his years averaging 17/4/3/1.5.

Can you believe this guy was picked FOURTH? Certain GMs probably regret that, but anyways Sledge has been everything he was expected to be. He was a stud when drafted, and still remains that: a stud. It’s kind of hard to believe he’s only made two All Star Games, but hey, this league was PG heavy for a very long time. His career averages are 16.5/5/10/2.

Dre Kalo is an interesting case. For the #1 Pick, and considering who was taken after him (Sledge, Reese, Ross Miller, Golden, Crowder), Kalo has been a bust. Now, that’s not to say he hasn’t been productive, because he has. He is obviously a very good inside scorer and has a Championship to his name. He has averaged 19/9/2/0.7/1 throughout his career.

Reese is one of the best players in UOSL. He is a dominant scorer and a superb defender. He has lived up to his hype and more. Though he didn’t quite make it to the “Next LeBron/Jordan” label, he has established his own name in history. He is a one-time MVP, nine-time All Star, and frequent All-Leaguer and All-Defensive teams member. His career averages are 24/5.5/5/2/1.

Jabari Parker was a versatile and promising forward coming into the league, but since then he has been nothing spectacular. He has definitely not lived up to his A+ grade. He is a two-time All Star and has won a Championship as a crucial reserve. His career averages are 10/8/1/1/1.

Ferrell had all the makings of a superstar, but has gone pretty unnoticed. It was only recently that Sacramento had established themselves as a consistent playoff team, and people really notice how good Ferrell has been. He’s been consistent and has gotten better throughout his career. He hasn’t had the opportunity to play for a title, but he is a FA this year, maybe he will get that opportunity. He’ll most likely re-sign with Sacramento, though, so the question is, will Sacramento be able to finally push for a title. Ferrell is a five-time All Star and has averaged 22/6/4/1/1 during his career.
