my big men absolutely DESTROYED his team in the playoffs this past season. wings are easy to find. there are guys like ferguson available for trade each year who can put up some points and play a little D. get a dominant PG and big men and you are much harder to match up with. I would move Rasheed Sulaimon for a big time PF in a heart beat if i was him.
