21. Seer(Celtics GM/Previous Rank #25) - I have no clue why you are never around Seer. I really believe you would be a lot higher on this list if you paid your team some attention and not make stupid ass trades like the Velasco deal.
20. W(Magic GM/Previous Rank #20) - I know you are probably pretty happy over there, since you are not last in my ranking. I think you really need to shut the fuck up about drafting bust and start to pay more attention to your team. I don't really think you are that bad of a GM. But I think you need to find a direction and stay with it.

18. Tmacdaddy(Heat GM/Previous Rank N/A) - To my surprise Tmac has been pretty solid here. I always thought he was a shitty GM. Keep up the solid work with the Heat.
17. Crazymike(Suns GM/Previous Rank N/A) - Crazymike is never really around which is probably a good thing since he can't fuck his team up. I would like for Mike to be more active around the boards though and he needs to post more babes of the day.
16. ApNeDtRiEeW(Wolves GM/Previous Rank N/A) - Didn't really like him when he joined but he has put a great effort in retooling the wolves. If the wolves keep everyone around they could be a pretty solid team next year. Also, I told you your first would be high lotto this year

15. Ray(Sixers GM/Previous Rank #14) - Ray is a good guy who tries hard to compete but I really hate that he always rushes his rebuilding plans. Sometimes you just have to suck for a few seasons.
14. Jahallstar(Hawks GM/Previous Rank #28) - Jah's active has been horrible here and he hasn't put up great results. But he is a solid GM and has a winning record here.
13. Gotrunks(Hornets GM/Previous Rank #19) - Trunks has had a very solid UOSL career. The only problem he has is chocking in the playoffs.
12. Donatello(Kings GM/Previous Rank #22) - The drafting and wait approached has worked for Don. He has made the Kings a perennial contender out west. For Don to move up this list he has to deliver some playoff results.
11. Ducky(Grizzlies GM/Previous Rank N/A) - The highest ranking virgin on the list. Ducky has done wonders with the Grizz.
10. Andrew(Clippers GM/Previous Rank N/A) - Andrew has been very solid here...Loved what he has done with the Clippers franchise. They should be a contender for a few more years out west.
9. C.C.(Raptors GM/Previous Rank #7) - C.C. sucks IMO(No offense) He hasn't done shit really...The only time he had a winning team he raped a few new gm's for it. He is also one of the cheapest GM's around and he doesn't know how to value players. C.C. only looks for the rape to improve his team. He would be lower but all of the guys below him are ring less.
8. Ashes(Nets GM/Previous Rank #21) - Ashes has done a very good job developing his young talent and adding W's across the board. His team has chocked in the playoffs so many times though, maybe its a reflection on their GM chocking on some cock. Nets are a very good team though and Ashes has done a great job keeping them together.
7. Allstar(Mavs GM/Previous Rank #5) - How the hell are you tied for most playoff appearances in league history but only 1 finals appearances? That's allstar for you...Not really a great gm but he has been pretty solid here. Allstar finally developed a team that could compete for the top seed in the west year in and year out.
6. Just (Bulls GM/Previous Rank #17) - Just is probably the most underrated GM in UOSL...He builds very good teams and is probably one of the best drafting GM's in the league. I really like his rebuilding effort so far and I expect the Bulls to be one of the East elite in a few seasons.
5. Play(Warriors GM/Previous Rank #6) - Allonzo Trier
4. Nova (Jazz GM/Previous Rank #1) - Despite not having a title Nova has created some very dominating teams. He has has the worst luck in this league by far. But hopefully with some good draft picks and good use of his cap room, he can get the Jazz back on track and finally win a title.
3. Blue(Knicks GM/Previous Rank #9) - This may come as a surprise to a lot of guys but Blue has done a great job with the Knicks. They are always in playoff contention and they always perform well in the playoffs.
2. Basone(Lakers GM/Previous Rank #4) - Basone is the only guy I can remember not having a lotto pick. He always build great teams and is always in the thick of things in the West. With Jordan Price around I don't expect things to change.
1. Jay(Pacers GM/Previous Rank #2) - Easily the best GM here. First to 1000 wins,5 Championships, and so on. Jay has won titles with a dominating frontcourt of Greg Oden, Dwight Howard, and Thaddeus Young...He won his last 2 with a dominating backcourt that consisted of Ricky Rubio and J-Mychal Reese. Jay has accomplish all that you can in UOSL and is the best GM of the bunch.
