In a sense of talent wise I think the Mavs get the better end but team needs I dont see why the mavs do it. Not a bad deal though maybe Arenas, Harris or Terry are trade bait now

well, the mavs do it because allstar hates their players lol.
personally, even though arenas is awsome, i think the players washington got are more valuable in this league.

Pretty even I think its just an ugly deal for both teams, not saying its bad, I would like it more for the Wizards if they had a third scoring option or got a scorer back but the big question will be how big of a scoring difference will Dirk have over Arenas if any I think thats the kicker here.

right now i only care about talent. i feel i get more talent in this deal. i also get younger. Arenas is 4 years younger than Dirk and i feel they are similar talents. I need big men now, but i have a ton of backcourt guys taht are very talented that can go. I figure i wont win a ton wiht no frontcourt and thats why i kept my picks.

Yeah this doesn't make sense for either. Even though there was so much talent, both teams seem like losers. i didnt really want to win now. Devin will be better in a couple seasons and dirk would be 30 in a couple seasons. I like the future of Arenas-Devin-Howard. I have Terry, Butler as trade bait. Plus i have like 15 mill in expirings. I think i can find a big man. If i dont win because of my lack of a big man i have my picks. |

big trade, mavs get 2 better talents overall and get younger, and get rid of his hated players lol, but dirk is the best in the deal and diop is pretty solid.....just kinda weird to see dirk traded like that but i understand why he did it.
