I would definitely be all for 91 or 92. 90 is a goal that good GMs struggle to attain, I think that says a lot in this league. A small increase would be very helpful... I wouldn't want it too much higher though.

I really don't think we will be lowering hard cap. IF anything we'd probably be raising it, idle.
