Guys who aren't even in this league are posting more than GMs. Dunno what's going on but I've never seen UOSL2 this bad for this long. I'm to blame as well. I haven't been my active self as usual around here..
Dunno about you guys, but I can't handle UOSL2 like this. We need to decide to do something... Whether it's end the league, fire GMs, or whatever, something drastic needs to be done. And soon.
Thoughts?

I would hate to end the league, but something drastic needs to happen. We need a a lot of active gms to come in and step up. I dont know what it is anymore. People do not seem interested in their teams.
It is hard to get active gms when a league is so far in the future, i dont know. I really do not want it to end...

I don't want it to end or see that it needs too. We jsut need more reason for people to post.I don't know what but we all need to think about it. Maybe we could add some Sons of NBA superstars like maybe a AI Jr or maybe keep this going and just have the year go back to 1990. keep the player we have on teams but after the nexts draft make it 1990 daft. One big thing is we have nothing to post about but each sim. Most people may post one time about how they sim went or not at all. maybe more games or something else to post about. Really I don't know just put some things out there.

I don't think that this league needs to end, despite not being here long.
I love that idea. You would have thre freedom to come up with new players, but reinfuse the league names people might know. Start with the 83 or 85 draft (Drexler Jr or Ewing III)

This league is so far into the future we can do things other leagues can't. How about a time machine in the year 2030 that enables us to bring back a player from the past?
I also thing GM's should be able to come up with some of the names of the players coming out of the draft. Name recognition is big.
The Jr. thing is also a decent idea.
We just need to shake things up a bit, new and old gm's are becoming too stagnant.

I too dont think it should end, maybe we should entertain the idea of teams moving to other divisions or conferences?
I like the input on player names, I wouldnt mind a player from Samoa playing hehehe he would prob be a 6`6, 300lb PF though lol

If we had a bunch of guys on the waiting list we knew would be active I would agree about firing a bunch of people, but we don't.
I can't understand why bringing some retro players would be a good idea, but you know how players will turn out. If we make Michael Jordan, and he isn't a stud, everyone will complain.
I like the ideas of kids of players. Maybe they can have the same skill set as their fathers, but won't necessarily be the same. I think doing this and finding some very good gms to take over teams it will be successful.
However if that doesn't work...then...
Most people don't want a restart (or uosl3), but it might be a better idea. Start not presently but maybe in 2000 or 2005 even and go from there. We would have a good amount of drafts and will still have active players in the future (except for lebron who is on aarp now in uosl2).
