Oh man looks like things are working out.
Ducky- commish/simmer
Ashes- Simmer/draft files
so far so good.
Ashes should take a team but if he would rather make drafts that is fine as well.

I could take a job somewhere if we have the contract year or reward points etc.
Personally I am not too sure we should implement the contract year, though it will make things a lot tougher and interesting for gms, the league could be better off. It may be worth a try to give it a go. Though it is up to people.
The contract year for those who do not know is this.
The Contract Year
If you go 3 years without winning 40, or making the playoffs you enter your "Contract Year".
Once in your "Contract Year" you must win 40 games or make the playoffs or you will be subject to dismissal.
We could change it to 4 years and in the 5th year you leave, its up for debate.

I think 3 and 4 is a little too rough. And to everyone else: this will probably take some time. So just be patient. We don't want to rush things. |
