And to everyone else: this will probably take some time. So just be patient. We don't want to rush things. I do think it needs to happen fairly soon though. If there is too much of a space in between the end of this year and the start of the new one, some people might lose interest. |

I could take a job somewhere if we have the contract year or reward points etc. Personally I am not too sure we should implement the contract year, though it will make things a lot tougher and interesting for gms, the league could be better off. It may be worth a try to give it a go. Though it is up to people. The contract year for those who do not know is this. The Contract Year If you go 3 years without winning 40, or making the playoffs you enter your "Contract Year". Once in your "Contract Year" you must win 40 games or make the playoffs or you will be subject to dismissal. We could change it to 4 years and in the 5th year you leave, its up for debate. this is taken from the great league called BBS! Yeah I think 4 years and 5th being contract would be awesome. I think 3 and 4 is a little too rough. And to everyone else: this will probably take some time. So just be patient. We don't want to rush things. 4th year and the 5th year is you CY is fine with me. I can run that for the league. I would just need a team direction board like on bbs with all the teams in there. Should help the new league out a lot. |
